Melissa Andrade is a proud Oklahoma native, raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She is a family nurse practitioner based in Edmond, Oklahoma, with extensive experience across primary care, behavioral health, and acute care settings. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on integrating physical and mental health to improve overall patient outcomes.

As a nurse practitioner, Melissa has worked in both primary care and behavioral health, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, with a focus on accessible, evidence-based treatment and long-term patient support.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Melissa built a robust foundation as a registered nurse in high-acuity environments. Her critical care experience includes the emergency room, intensive care unit (ICU), cardiac catheterization laboratory, and post-anesthesia recovery room. This diverse background has equipped her with strong clinical judgment, procedural familiarity, and the ability to manage complex, rapidly changing patient conditions.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Nazarene University and completed a post-master’s certificate at Kaplan University. She has been licensed as a nurse practitioner in Oklahoma since 2016 and remains committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care across the lifespan and maintaining long term relationships with patients across Oklahoma.

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, yoga, swimming, riding horses, and cheering on the OKC Thunder. She feels privileged to serve the people of her home state.
